Alexander Plemmons, 36, of Everly, was arrested at approximately 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, at the Everly City Park.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Plemmons was charged with unlawful use of a credit or debit card and Theft-5th Degree. He was held on a $2,000 cash or surety bond. The investigation stemmed from a complaint received by the sheriff’s office on July 11 regarding unauthorized charges appearing on a card.
