Grigg to be feted at Clay County Fair

Clay County Fair-goers will have a chance to celebrate an Everly man who earned a big state honor last month.
Al Grigg will be recognized on Monday, Sept.12 at noon, in the Indoor Arena for his recent induction into the Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame. Grigg has had a multi-generational presence on the local ag scene and has spent countless hours volunteering with area youth over the past several decades.
"It is a very good honor," Grigg said of his hall of fame induction. "I was completely blown away by it when it was announced to me."
