• Traffic stop leads to arrest
Jesus Ferro, 41, of Sioux Rapids, was arrested during a traffic stop that occurred May 9, on Highway 71 just north of the Buena Vista County line. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reported that Ferro was allegedly driving with a suspended license, and was also charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and several traffic violations.
