A celebration of the life of Mary Jean Baker was held Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the Sanborn Community Center in Sanborn. Pastor Mark Ellens officiated. Burial will take place at a later date. Sanborn Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
Mary Jean Baker was born in Tacoma, Wash. on Dec. 23, 1955, the daughter of Jeanie (Hardy) Rivers and Robert Coberly, Sr. She spent her youth in Tacoma and received her education at Mount Tahoma High School.
Mary was united in marriage to David Ray Baker on Feb. 9, 1992, in Tacoma. They made their home there along with children: Shawn, Joe and Tiffany....
