The Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn volleyball team's 2023 record of 7-18 might suggest that little progress was made to improve on the previous year's mark of 8-17. But Hawk coach Cheryl Kroese feels the positives outweigh the negatives.
"Our win-loss record definitely didn't show what this team was capable of. We have battled since mid-September with injuries so unfortunately that was something we were constantly working through," she said.
