Jeanenne M. (Buhrmann) Cullop, 73, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023 in Wichita, Kan. She was born in Hartley to Louis and Ada (Bethke) Buhrmann. She grew up on the family farm south of Hartley, graduating from Hartley High School in 1968 before attending business school in Spencer.

She married Steven Sorensen shortly after and moved to Ames before relocating to Kansas. She worked as an administrative assistant for a number of organizations over her years and was always known for her hard work and dedication to any and all tasks at hand.
