Ribbon cut at The Powder Coating Center in Hartley

Hartley Chamber of Commerce members gathered at The Powder Coating Center on Sept. 8 to cut the ribbon with new owner Matt Embrey. Embrey took over the business this summer after purchasing it from Dave Patton.
