Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn's spring sports teams will begin postseason play next week.

The Hawk boys' golf team is assigned to the Class 2A sectional on Wednesday, May 10. Play begins at 10 a.m. at the Rolling Hills Country Club at Hull.

Competing teams will be Boyden-Hull, H-M-S, Hinton, OABCIG, Rock Valley, Sheldon, Sibley-Ocheyedan and West Lyon. Qualifiers to advance to the district meet are the champion and runner-up teams, and the Top 2 overall individuals (plus ties) from among non-qualifying teams.
