Hartley's mayor and ambulance director is a man of many talents.

Rod Ahrenstorff on March 14 bowled a perfect game at Locomotion Lanes in Sanborn. It was the first 300 at the bowling alley since it changed ownership and its name in 2019.

This is Ahrenstorff's third perfect game. He also has three 299's to his name, as well as a couple holes-in-one.
