Wins over Sheldon/South O'Brien and Sibley-Ocheyedan gave Okoboji/HMS an undefeated start to the Siouxland Conference dual wrestling season.
The Pioneers needed a late win by fall to edge the Orabs (38-35), but had an easier time against the Generals (66-12) in action on Jan. 12 at Sheldon.
James Gellerman won both of his matches while Bryce Dodge and Ethan Wiersma split their bouts.
Okoboji/HMS improved its dual record to 6-4 overall. The Pioneers will host a double dual with Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley and MOC-Floyd Valley on Jan. 19, and will compete in the two-day OABCIG tournament on Jan....
