Glenn Wehrkamp, 95, of Waverly, formerly of Hartley, died on Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, at the Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community in Waverly.

Glenn was born Feb. 13, 1927 in Clarinda, the son of Albert Charles and Leila Iola (Shum) Wehrkamp. He was baptized on March 13, 1927 and confirmed in 1941, at St. John Lutheran Church in Clarinda. Glenn graduated from Clarinda High School and then attended Clarinda Junior College, Northwest Missouri State College in Maryville, Mo., Utah State in Logan, Utah and the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls.
