Jonah lugged his whale down to Central Avenue to help pass out candy.
Ghouls, goblins, princesses, super heroes and other creatures invaded downtown Hartley Monday afternoon as part of the Chamber of Commerce's annual trick-or-treating event. Local kids collected candy from businesses before heading to St. Paul's Lutheran Church for some trunk-or-treating and other goodies.
