Ghouls, goblins, princesses, super heroes and other creatures invaded downtown Hartley Monday afternoon as part of the Chamber of Commerce's annual trick-or-treating event. Local kids collected candy from businesses before heading to St. Paul's Lutheran Church for some trunk-or-treating and other goodies....
