A funeral service for Kathleen A. “Katy” Vander Velde was held Friday, July 8, 2022, at the Sanborn Christian Reformed Church in Sanborn. Pastor Phil Westra officiated.

Pallbearers were Brent Hill, Scott Anema, Michael Hill, Ryan Hill, Jill Vander Velde, Jason Vander Velde, Chet Vander Velde, Julie Morrissey, Stacy Scholten and Dominic Ferraro. Interment was in Roseland Cemetery at Sanborn. Sanborn Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
