Hartley Family Care of Spencer Hospital will begin offering patient services on Wednesday, Aug. 17. The family medicine clinic will be open four days each week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The clinic is located at the Community Memorial Health Center facility in Hartley.

Jamie Billings, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, will serve as the clinic's primary healthcare provider.
