Winners in Legion Auxiliary poppy poster contest
Fourth grade students at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Elementary participated in the annual poppy poster contest which is sponsored by Hartley American Legion Auxiliary Unit #288.
First, second and third place winners, respectively, included Connor Swenson, Kaiden Koerselman and Carter Clancy. They each received a monetary prize as did the other participating students.
The Auxiliary expresses appreciation to Principal Ashley Benz and fourth grade teacher Kim Dokter for their cooperation.
