The Hartley Rec Trail Committee recently landed a big donation to help jumpstart fundraising efforts.
Duane Kolpin and Connie Olhausen presented a check for $1,359 on behalf of the Hartley Community Foundation. Other recent donations have come from the Lions Club ($500) abnd Y'Adnom Club ($100).
The trail committee is in the early stages of fundraising and planning the recreation trail, which would span approximately four miles around Hartley when finished. An omelet brunch and bloody Mary bar fundraiser is slated for Sunday, April 10 at the Hartley Community Center....
