Staff and community volunteers were happily prepping fish and to-go boxes as they joined forces to make this year's fish fry a giant success.
The vehicle line up was impressive last Friday evening as CC/E supporters came from near and far to support the annual fish fry.
It was impossible not to recite the old CC/E cheer, "Cookie Monster says that the Mavericks are..." as Cookie Monster and the Maverick Mascot greeted fundraiser-goers at last Friday's annual Fish Fry.
Church Street in Royal was filled with vehicles lined up and ready for the Clay Central/Everly Fish Fry Fundraiser last Friday night. The annual event was as successful as ever, with people attending from near and far to support the elementary school.
All proceeds from the event go towards the CC/E Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) Program.
