A local favorite is back this weekend following an extended absence.

The Hartley Community Center's annual VIP Night will be held on Saturday, March 19 at the local facility. It marks the first such event since 2019, as the COVID-19 pandemic shelved the fundraiser in 2020 and 2021.

HCC Director Brittany Dolphin said she and the board are thrilled to welcome folks back Saturday night.

"We've seen a great response in ticket sales and have sold more than we have in previous years," she said. "We weren't sure how that was going to go given the past two years, but people have been supporting it."
