The Everly Lighting Contest was started this year by Brandon Hansen and Ryan Nemmers. The goal of the contest was to bring joy this holiday season after the year of COVID-19.

"And we feel it was a huge success," said Hansen. "The proof is in the participants, and even those that did not participate in the contest itself but still did some amazing decorating."
