Everly lights it up

The Everly Lighting Contest was started this year by Brandon Hansen and Ryan Nemmers. The goal of the contest was to bring joy this holiday season after the year of COVID-19.

"And we feel it was a huge success," said Hansen. "The proof is in the participants, and even those that did not participate in the contest itself but still did some amazing decorating."

2021 contest included: Custom Welding & Repair, the Behrens Family and Tara Patrick, owner of Backroads Leather Shoppe.

The Kid's Choice winners were: first place, Stephanie and Derrick Nestvold; second place, Kristine Davis and Chris Wunder; third place, Dustin and Christina Myers.

The Group Winners: First place, Serena and Jesse Rustad; second place, Jenn and Kyle Toillion; third place, Seth and Megan Skalicky.
