Steven Theodore Wachtel, 92, of Melvin, passed away at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, S.D., on Friday, April 2, 2021, and was laid to rest on April 5 at Baker Township Cemetery near Melvin.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Melvin. Fellowship and lunch will follow. Sanborn Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.
