HEDC presents rebate for new Pine Grove build

Andy Schierholz, representing Hartley Economic Development Corporation (HEDC), on Monday presented a rebate check for $15,000 to Abby Dulin as part of HEDC's lot cost and building incentive program for the Pine Grove First Addition. The rebate is offered to homeowners who buy a lot in the residential addition and build on it during the first year from the date of purchase.
Dulin is the new Spanish instructor at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School. She said her new home is slated for completion sometime this fall.
