O'Brien County Fair royalty crowned

Einck, Wittrock reign over 2021 festivities

New royalty assumed the throne Monday night at the O'Brien County Fair.

Kaeley Einck and Jason Wittrock were named queen and king of this year's fair. The duo succeeds 2020 Queen Paige Dagel and King Eric Mars. Sydney Zeutenhorst was named fair princess on Monday and succeeds Sierra Stamer.

Wittrock, of Primghar, is the son of Tracy and Shonda Wittrock. He is a 2021 graduate of South O'Brien High School and plans to attend South Dakota State University this fall to study ag science. Wittrock is an eight-year member of the Highlanders 4-H Club and is also involved in the South O'Brien FFA Chapter. His favorite fair project areas include cattle, swine, photography and foods.

Einck, of Primghar, is the daughter of Tony and Heather Einck. She is a 2021 graduate of South O'Brien High School and plans to attend the University of South Dakota this fall to study biology. Einck is a nine-year member of the Center Farmers 4-H Club and is also a member of the South O'Brien FFA Chapter. Her favorite fair project areas include cattle and sewing.


Other queen candidates were Olivia Grooters, Abby Boardman, Makenzie Meyer and Madisen Fischer. Cael Noteboom was the only other king candidate.
