Events kick off Thursday at Drake Stadium in DSM
Noah Adams' first attempt at the qualifying meet at Lawton made him the No. 1 seed in the Class 1A long jump at state.
Four individuals and five relay teams from Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn have qualified to compete in the state track and field meet, which will be held May 20-22 at Drake Stadium in Des Moines.
The following is the schedule for H-M-S participants (with those listed on meet program):
