The flowers will help beautify downtown Hartley during the summer months. Assisting with distribution throughout the City with a Heart were Rod and Dyan Roth and Mark and Sue Schulz.

Everly

The Clay County Countrymen 4-H Club helped beautify Main Street in Everly this past week. Members volunteered to help pot flowers in planters downtown, which will add some flower power this summer.

Royal

Clay Central/Everly Elementary students went home from school a little dirtier than they arrived earlier this week.

Royal city officials on Monday planted trees around town with help from CC/E kindergarteners and second graders. The plantings were made possible by Trees Forever grant funding.
