Five Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School students were honored for their intellect last week during the War Eagle Conference All Academic Banquet.
The event was held March 30 at Trinity Christian High School. H-M-S students honored that evening included seniors Gabe Bronstad, Samuel Heyn and Bennett Haack, and juniors Emily Heneman and Kaley Pearson.
The night featured a ham dinner and an address from keynote speaker Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg. The H-M-S contingent was also given their academic All-War Eagle Conference certificates from last year, as the ceremony was canceled due to the COVID-19 pande...
