Services for Kevin L. Cook will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, at the Warner Chapel in Spencer, with Pastor Juanita Parker officiating.

Honorary pallbearers include Kenny Cook, Keith Cook, Kelly Cook, Kevin Harberts, Gregg Harberts and Tim Erpelding. Interment will be in Lone Tree Cemetery at Everly. Warner Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.
