Kim Rye came dressed for the occasion while passing out candy for Treimer's Insurance Agency.
Ghouls, goblins, princesses, super heroes and other creatures invaded downtown Hartley last Friday afternoon as part of the Chamber of Commerce's annual trick-or-treating event. Local kids collected candy from businesses before packing it up and getting after it again on Saturday for Halloween.
