The H-M-S boys' bowling team competed in the Class 1A state tournament on Feb. 20 at Waterloo. The Hawks were eliminated in the quarterfinals. Team members are, from left to right: Skyler Shaffer, Caleb Aaron, Riley Russell, Marcus Aaron, Jack Mastbergen and Dawson Niichel. Mastbergen also competed in the state individual tournament on Feb. 21, but did not advance past pre-bracket play.
